Equipment Needed
It is recommended for players to have a baseball glove and cleats; they are also welcome to bring their bats and protective head gear.  Sunscreen, a hat and water bottles encouraged at each practice and game.  Benson Little League has extra gloves, bats, catcher's gear, helmets and other safety equipment for players to use during practices and games; coaches will be have access to all gear necessary for safe & fun play. 

Do you need a glove for the upcoming season?  Benson Little League receives donations of brand new or lightly used gloves each year.  Please let us know if you would like a glove for your player!

Benson Little League accepts donations of new or gently used kids baseball gloves, bats and other miscellaneous equipment!  Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have items to donate to the league.  Thank you for your generosity! 

Once registration is closed and teams are formed, Coaches will reach out with a practice schedule and the season game schedule will be announced. 

Tee Ball teams play each other at Benson Little League (BLL).  Both practices and games are held at the home fields; games are held on Saturday mornings and practice schedules are typically once per week and set by the coaches at the beginning of the season.  Tee Ball is a 12-week program that runs mid-April through end of June. 

Farm, Major and Minor teams will play against other BLL teams at the BLL fields as well as at Hillside fields.  All practices will be held at BLL.  We partner with Hillside Little League for all Farm, Minor & Major game schedules.   Farm, Minor & Major teams will have approximately 16 games and practices will start at the beginning of April.

There are no games scheduled Memorial Day weekend.  Teams are provided with a uniform shirt and a hat.

• Weekdays
  • Games or practices start at 6:00pm 
• Saturdays
  • Games scheduled at 10:00am

Important dates:
-Registration closes March 15th, all registrations after this date are subject to a late fee
-No games or practices scheduled for Memorial Day weekend
