Established in 1967,  Benson Little League operates as a 501c(3) non-profit, and is run by volunteers from the community.  The league offers an outlet for children to build lifelong skills and learn valuable lessons that will enhance their development as contributing members of our community.  We are devoted to enriching the lives of our youth and fostering a love for the game.  As with most other little league organizations, our volunteers, sponsors and donors are crucial.

Benson Little League believes that all children, regardless of their family’s financial status, deserve the chance to pursue their dreams.  Registration fees are kept as low as possible and will only cover a portion of our costs. The remaining costs are covered by donations from our wonderful sponsors and donors.  Fundraising helps pay for field maintenance and utilities, uniforms, baseballs and other equipment, umpires, as well as insurance and other fees.  Most importantly, we strive to provide community and playing opportunities for every child, and financial support helps keep our registration fees affordable.

Sponsorship opportunities range from corporate level to our Sponsor a Player option which provides registration fees for one child to play ball this spring!  Check out our Sponsorship Page for more information.  Benson Little League is proud to offer a scholarship program for families that would be financially burdened by registration fees; we also offer a Multiple Child Discount so the whole family can be involved!
